You may know someone who deals with self confidence issues associated with their body.  These self confidence issues differ a lot from person to person but the common denominator is that they are not as comfortable as they want to be with their body and are fighting for a way to overcome their problems.  If your self confidence issues are associated to stretch marks on your skin, you should know that there really is a treatment out there that can assist you get rid of this problem once and for all.

Stretch marks are a typical problem and can develop from many things such as gaining a large amount of weight in a fairly fast amount of time, or if you are a woman, from pregnancy.  There are many ointments and creams that can be purchased affirm products over the counter that promise to get rid of your stretch marks but if you have ever tried them, you are probably well aware that they do not work as they have been advertised.  One option that you should look into however is affirm laser stretch marks.

http://longhaircareforum.comYou sound like you are doing all good things. Protein can help “rebuild” hair after chemical processes like relaxers that makes holes and chips on the strands. But there is such a thing as too much protein making hair brittle and weak. Make sure your DC doesn’t have protein in it. I can think of a few things to help you find out what’s wrong. Are you sure it’s breakage? Some people get breakage and shedding confused. http://nappyme.wordpress.com/hair-facts/trauma-to-hair-follicles-why-do-some-of-us-lose-it/Recognize what causes breakage. 1. Unhealthy hair is the main culprit but 2. rough fabrics 3. heat 4. dry hair 5. brushing 6. rough detangling 7. coloring 8. repetitive styling can make situation worse. Always wear a satin cap to bed and sleep on satin pillowcase. Limit chemicals in your hair if you put them in at all. And don’t do the same style every day. I highly suggest stop using relaxers and heat now and go natural but if you won’t do that at least stretch time between relaxers and don’t relax bone straight. I believe that is called texlaxing when you only relax 75%. Cut back straightening to once a month and find styles that don’t require straight hair. Protective styles are good option. Protective styles protect hair becuase hair is not loose so you aren’t subjecting it to relaxers/flat iron/environment. Also tied up it can’t break, all it can do is grow. protective hair styles like buns, twists, coils, braids, etc. Weaves are also a protective hair style. To find out if your hair is healthy do a wet assesment. 1. How Do I Perform a Proper Wet Assessment? It will be difficult for you to wet assess your hair by holding a single strand and pulling on both ends. That type of stress would be considered “undue” stress, because no single hair is ever really subjected to that sort of tension at one time. Any strand of hair (healthy or not) that you pull on by both ends has the potential to snap depending on the pressure you apply to it. Hair should be wet assessed by the normal act of combing though it or touching-testing it. Wet Assessment Break DownIf your hair: (Wet or Dry) Stretches slighty/returns to original length /no breaking= you are balanced just stick with maintaining!(Wet ot Dry) Stretching a little more than normal then breaks= more protein (Wet or Dry)Stretching, stretching, stretching/no breakage yet= more protein(Wet)- Weak, gummy, mushy, limp hair= more protein(Wet or Dry) Very little/no stretching then breakage= more moisture(Dry) Rough/tough/hard/tangly/brittle hair= more moistureWHAT YOU SHOULD DO:Once you know if your hair is healthy or not you can go from there. Basically, I would do some protein treatments, some deep conditioning treatments for a month or so. I also highly recommend henna for you: http://hennaforhair.com. It is a natural conditioner and can make hair stronger and healthier. Here is a video of henna being applied to relaxed hair: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dvfBY4Z802oStop straightening and relaxing. I know this that will be difficult for you but it’s important. Throw out your flat iron if it helps so you won’t be tempted. You can use this time to start doing some natural styles. Next, put your hair into a protective weave/braids. I say weave/braids is the best choice becuase you won’t be tempted to relax or straighten while it’s braided down. If you choose not to remain natural just remember the best time to relax is after the hair has already grown. A touch up every 8 weeks is actually too often.Go to the below websites. Goodluck

In 1947 a UFO crashed in Roswell, they publically annouced it, it was in papers. Then they said oops it was a weather ballon, yeh right witnesses have come forward it was not some airballon, how stupid u think people are? There were Alien bodies found at the wreckage. There was another crash in 1949, with 1 surviving alien. A deal was made by the US Government to trade ‘Technology’ in return for the dead alien bodies. How do u think our technology has suddenly progresses so far in the past 50 years, we have been helped.

Thank you girl, this is the best black hair advice ever!!! I came across your comment when I was searching for comments about aveda cause I’m deciding whether to use it, which I will now! I have damaged breaking hair, and got my “last” relaxer 3 weeks ago. I just bought a flat iron a few days ago and I’m gonna use your suggestions…no more relaxers!

Why oh why would the chosen one to this to his people? What a moron. Keep the ban and protect your citizens. China obviously has quality control problems.

A] Even if the statement is true it does not imply that Cash magazine is the only way to avoid bad decisions. There may be cheaper, easier ways. If A then B does not mean that there is not another way of achieving B.B] Even if the statement is true, you did not do what the statement says, so you cannot draw a conclusion. If A then B does not mean If not-A then not-B. Example If you jump off that cliff you will die. Does that imply if you don’t ever jump off it you will never die?

I love the mizani sensitive. It works great.

You did not see the fetus. All of this would have happened during the procedure not after you came home. Everything you are going through is normal. You do not need more than what the doctor is saying you need. I think you are having psychosomatic problems and not real ones.

The color is fine. I use Fabulaxer which starts out white then changes to pink when mixed with the activator. If you aren’t comfortable with the product take it back to the store or contact the customer service number or email. Remember products vary by manufacturer and formula. You are right to check.

It is a very common looking release form. Most photographers that have been doing this for a while will have something similar. It also is why you should pick your photographers carefully.

look on some government websites or some school websites. DONT ever search things for school on wikipedia. ANYONE can post things on there. they can edit, and write whatever they want on people’s info without even creating an account. believe me, i’ve even done that….. so dont use it. it’s pointless and inaccurate.

This should help you out:http://avlon.com/index.htmlhttp://www.mizani-usa.com/http://www.dudleyq.com/Products/Haircare/Products.htmlCurrently, I use the Mizani fortifying relazer due to my sensitive scalp. Honestly, I have tried all of these products but I prefer mizani and affirm products moreso. Dudley has very good maintenance products but they tend to weigh a little heavy on the hair.
